Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels
• Identify and qualify potential clients or partners
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Arrange meetings and support early-stage deal discussions
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Support cross-border BD initiatives where required

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups
• Results-oriented and resilient under pressure
• Organized, structured, and detail-conscious
