As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This is a proactive sales development role suited to individuals who are motivated by prospecting, customer engagement, and building a career in enterprise technology sales.
You will work closely with sales managers, inside sales representatives, field sales account managers, marketing, and solution consultants to support pipeline generation and account growth strategies.
What You’ll DoProspect into new and existing target accounts to identify potential NetSuite opportunities.
Qualify customer needs, business challenges, decision-making timelines, and solution fit.
Articulate Oracle NetSuite’s value proposition and explain how cloud ERP and business management solutions can support customer growth. Execute phone, email, social, and digital outreach to engage prospects and build relationships. Partner with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market campaigns and account strategies.
Maintain accurate prospecting activity, account insights, and qualification notes in CRM systems. Support pipeline generation goals and contribute to recurring revenue growth. Build trust with key contacts across finance, operations, technology, and business leadership functions.
What You’ll Need3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
Interest in cloud technology, ERP, business applications, finance systems, and digital transformation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence engaging customers by phone, email, and digital channels.A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative, and target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in other languages, e.g., Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with regional stakeholder.
