Sales Development Representative SDR

LeviLifeSkills helps individuals with autism build skills for more independent living. We work with families who are often exhausted, confused, and don't know where to turn. They have a kid they care about more than anything and no idea how to get them high quality support. That's where you come in.

You'll be speaking with parents who are trying to figure out what their kid needs, helping them feel heard, and connecting them to our support.

You'll work directly with the ceo. We're a tiny company that just doubled in size over the last two months - meaning: there is lots of room for career growth. If you're amazing, there are no barriers whatsoever to a leadership role. In fact, _ ** **that's the goal.****_

The first 30 minutes of every day are dedicated practice. You'll practice different scenarios, review your own recordings, and drill what needs work. You will do well here if you're the kind of person who naturally reviews their own performance to find areas of improvement. You see a gap, and you fix it. Salary: $65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75,000 - $85,000)

Location: In person, North Hollywood, CA

What You'll Do

• Spend much of your day on the phone with parents, building trust and guiding them through getting services for their child
• Own the intake process: develop and refine call scripts, test new approaches, and decide when to deviate based on your judgment
• Stay organized: track your calls, follow-ups, and outcomes so no family falls through the cracks
• Make judgment calls on family prioritization and complex situations
• Contribute to outreach strategy and business development with the CEO as we grow
