Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support new prospect engagement within the corporate market. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals looking to launch a career in tech sales within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in outbound sales, prospect engagement, CRM management, and product demonstrations while working closely with our Partnerships and Product teams. We are looking for someone eager to learn, highly driven, and excited to grow professionally within a startup setting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research new corporate prospects.
- Execute high-volume outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Conduct outbound phone calls to engage and qualify prospects.
- Run introductory technical demos for potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospects to create early trust and interest.
- Use sales engagement and CRM software to manage outreach and workflows.
- Track and manage KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

- Provide timely, actionable feedback to the Product team to support platform improvements.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to ensure smooth prospect handoffs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, customer service or business development roles.
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, LinkedIn, and product demonstrations.
- Professional working proficiency in English required.
- Additional proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Nordic languages is considered a plus.

- This is a full-time contractor position, not a direct employment role.
- The position is remote-first and offers unlimited time off.
- Compensation includes a salary range of €22,000 to €24,000 plus a performance-based bonus structure, with payments issued twice monthly.
