Sales Development Representative - (French & English)We're looking for a hungry, proactive SDR who can generate and qualify quality opportunities across the French market, working with mid-market and enterprise organisations.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, engaging inbound leads and driving outbound outreach to create qualified sales opportunities for the commercial team.
Success in this role is measured by the quality of qualification, pipeline generated, and meetings booked.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
Qualify inbound leads and convert MQLs into SQLs within 24 hours.
Identify decision-makers and uncover business challenges.
Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to maximise conversion rates and pipeline growth.
What We're Looking For✅ Fluent French & English✅ 1–4 years' outbound SaaS or Technology sales experience✅ Proven track record of booking meetings and generating pipeline✅ Experience prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organisations✅ Confident making high-volume outbound calls and running multi-channel outreach✅ Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM✅ Based in Paris or able to commute regularlyBonus PointsExperience selling into HR, Benefits, Wellbeing, EAP, Insurance, or Health-related sectors.
