Are you a data-driven, people-first sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment? We are looking for a Senior Team Lead, SDR to build, coach, and inspire our Japan-based outbound SDR teams.
In this role, you won't just manage; you will be the architect of our pipeline strategy in Japan. You will mentor next-generation sales talent, optimize outreach playbooks, and partner closely with Marketing and Account Executive (AE) leadership to accelerate our regional growth.
What You’ll DoLead & Mentor: Coach a small high-performing team of SDRs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and career growth.
Drive Strategy: Define and execute outbound pipeline strategies tailored to the Japanese enterprise and SMB markets.
Optimize Playbooks: Refine messaging, sequencing, and cold-outreach strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Analyze Data: Track and report on key performance metrics (activities, conversion rates, pipeline generated) to continuously optimize team performance.
