About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive/Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and strategic partnerships across our B2B services portfolio. In this senior role, you'll head sales, own the relationship with our most strategic accounts and lead account growth initiatives.
You'll report directly to our Director, managing a portfolio of high-value clients while identifying and closing expansion opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly impact revenue growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, driving revenue growth and expanding partnerships
- Relationship Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite and decision-makers; conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic counsel
- Revenue Growth: Identify and close expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities; drive account growth and increase customer lifetime value
- Sales Execution: Lead complex sales cycles for strategic accounts, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful deal closure
- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain strong client relationships, address concerns proactively, and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Pipeline Management: Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage sales metrics for assigned accounts
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 1-3 years in account management, enterprise sales, or related B2B roles
- Proven track record managing complex, strategic accounts
- Demonstrated success in closing expansion and upsell deals
- Strong sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clientele
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Planhat or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in professional services or consulting sales
- Exposure to account management operations or team management
- Track record of exceeding quota and growth targets
