The Account Executive is responsible for driving initial sales growth and building the foundation for Qashio’s European presence. This is a "hunter" role requiring high levels of agency and an entrepreneurial mindset to build a pipeline from scratch and help define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy alongside the founding team.
You are a results-driven individual who meets and exceeds sales targets while thriving in a fast-paced "build phase" environment.
Startup DNA: Direct experience in a startup environment is a must; Fintech or SaaS experience is highly preferred.
Ownership: 360-degree business development cycle ownership-from prospecting to closing.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and a strong understanding of fintech software/accounting systems.
