The role
You will take ownership of key oncology accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and decision makers. You will lead the development and execution of account strategies to drive adoption of uro-oncology products, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value and achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise product performance
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, nurses and key decision makers
- Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Partner with medical, marketing and sales teams to implement account strategies
- Lead educational initiatives, events and activities to support product adoption
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and account performance
- Deliver impactful presentations and training to healthcare professionals
- Leverage CRM tools to manage insights, forecasts and reporting
About You
You are a commercially driven and customer-focused professional with strong oncology expertise. You combine strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management, ideally in oncology
- Strong understanding of the oncology landscape and healthcare ecosystem
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business or a related field
- Fluency in Finnish and professional proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel regularly across Finland
