Account ExecutiveAs an account executive in Grey, you will be acting as a link between the agency and its clients with adding your value. You will be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.
You may also be known as an account handler or campaign owner in driving success.
Understanding the needs of your clients is vital, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns. You will also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilitiesmanage stakeholders who are based in HK and Greater China region, both internal and external, in an effective way.support consumer insight mining and understanding in Greater Chinawork with creative team to develop Greater China creative brief that meets the client's brief and budget.present alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and budget to the client for approval or modification.work with your supervisor to brief planner, media, creative and sometimes research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.brainstorming ideas with the planning and creative teams.formulate materials for different scenarios in a precise and accurate manner.undertake administrative tasks, e.g. arrange meetings, PO and invoice, meeting minutes, etc.
