Account Executive
Independently manage and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integrated campaigns for key clients, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
Translate client briefs into clear internal task briefs, collaborating closely with different teams on strategy, execution, and post‑campaign analysis.
Coordinate with agency partners and third‑party vendors on scopes, quotations, schedules and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
Provide guidance, feedback and informal mentoring to junior team members to uplift the overall standard of client servicing.
Media Executive (Integrated Planning)
Working with the Media Planners to support the Business Director on account management on a day-to-day basis.
Being part of team in creating / generating communication ideas.
Compiling reviews on competitive activities and market research on media consumptions.
Communicate with different parties, including clients and vendors, during the planning process.
Collate monthly plan updates with buying team or different creative teams on executions.
Conduct campaign performance reports regularly and identify insights and learnings with supervisors’ guidance.
Media Executive (Buying)
Liaise with both traditional and digital media vendors on buying cost.
Optimization of media budget and provide the best value/solution for the client.
Participate in implementing an integrated traditional and digital advertising campaign from material co-ordination, booking, post campaign reporting/evaluation to monthly billing.
Keep monitoring the advertising market change, client’s competitors’ move and the transformation of media consumption behavior.
Initiate “out-of-box” ideas to your client.
Digital Performance Executive
Develop a solid knowledge across SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Affiliates by attending training, obtaining relevant qualifications and keeping up to date with industry news and developments.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior, to extract valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for strategic campaign optimization.
Strategically assess campaign progress and make data-driven optimizations to ensure optimal results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across channels.
Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Media would be an advantage, Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Fluent in English and Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken language skills.
Detail oriented, organized and sensitive to numbers.
A good team player with good communication skills and self-motivated.
Able to work under pressure with limited turnaround time.
Good PC skill, especially in excel, PowerPoint & internet operations, proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office.
Immediate available is preferred.
