About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-minded, and energetic Client Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client servicing, project coordination, and event execution. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, malls, property management offices, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns and events are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Client Servicing
- Communicate with clients to understand campaign objectives, requirements, and expectations.
- Coordinate with clients on promotional materials, venue arrangements, and campaign logistics.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Prepare clear operational guidelines for campaign execution.
- Liaise regularly with internal departments and provide timely project updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Event Planning & Execution
- Organize and coordinate events with malls, property management offices, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage venue bookings and follow up on logistics arrangements according to project requirements.
- Support location sourcing and channel planning to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Oversee event logistics, including equipment setup, materials preparation, and on-site coordination.
- Conduct research and cold calling to secure suitable event sites and partnership opportunities.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support data analysis and post-campaign reporting.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project execution.
Requirements
- University graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience in project management, event management, exhibitions, or agency environments.
- Proven experience in event coordination and having a network for site booking is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in researching and cold calling event sites is a must.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
