Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive- Foreign SaaS Company, Uncapped Commission

This is a quota-carrying role for experienced enterprise sales professionals who lead complex deals with large domestic and global organizations and drive business growth.

You will primarily focus on new customer acquisition (New Logo), leading enterprise sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders.

You will be selling Monotype Fonts, a SaaS platform and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, supporting clients in strengthening their brand strategy and enhancing customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Drive new business development (New Logo) in the HK market
• Build pipeline and generate opportunities to achieve assigned revenue quota
• Expand and grow existing enterprise accounts
• Engage and align multiple stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Product, and Brand teams
• Own and lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Execute value-based (solution-oriented) selling aligned to customer challenges
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and global teams

What we’re looking for

• Experience in B2B sales
• Experience selling to enterprise clients (as a lead or key contributor)
• Proven track record of carrying and achieving revenue quotas
• Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience in IT, SaaS, or intangible solutions is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency is a plus (for collaboration with global teams)
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
