Job Description
- Deliver end‑to‑end account management and client servicing, supporting sales activities and strengthening relationships with key corporate partners.
- Coordinate business matching and partnership development by tracking follow‑up actions, engaging clients, and supporting discussions from initial outreach through to execution.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client pipelines, relationship records, and sales databases; prepare dashboards, status updates, and reporting materials for internal reviews.
- Conduct market and desktop research, prepare sales presentations, and support proposal development to drive business growth initiatives.
- Handle daily administrative and operational duties for the team, including procurement, documentation, meeting coordination, and providing general support to ensure smooth service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in client engagement, account management, business development or sales support.
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
