We have a great opening for a POS based Account Manager to take on a 12 month maternity cover contract with a leading provider in the beauty sector.
Working collaboratively with the Category Account Director (CAD), client and Internal teams, you will be responsible to ensure all new briefs for 3D Point of Sale (POS) promotions are delivered successfully.
Based on site at the client’s Headquarters in West London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week), you will be responsible for your assigned Brand/s, and are the primary point of contact for the clients’ Visual Merchandise (VM) teams.
A natural ability to multi-task, project-manage, and assist your teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
You must be customer facing at all times, managing all aspects of your projects through the production process, in line with pre-determined CPAs and the online portal. Maintaining and updating all required online and offline trackers.
You are a pro-active individual, comfortable working both as part of the team and independently, who can foresee, raise risk to the CAD and plan around challenges, whilst managing all “live” jobs and managing clients’ expectations at all times. You are responsible for the financial health of the projects on your Brand/s, ensuring all projects have PO/financial cover.
Great organisation, meticulous attention to detail, common sense, excellent communication and outstanding customer service and professionalism, are vital to demonstrate to all stakeholders that you have complete awareness of, and are in full control of all of your Brands’ projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning – Understanding what projects are live, and looking ahead to pre-empt how many projects we should be receiving from which Retailers and Grocers’ promotional periods, in line with the CPAs, as detailed on your WIP.
- Client Contact – attend all Brand WIP meetings and briefings, and become that Brand’s key-account-contact for any printed or creative requirements. Ensure all data on the online WIP is always up to date.
- Delivery - Managing and delivering projects from initial brief and concepts/scamps through to completion, within agreed budgets, and to pre-determined CPA deadlines – always to the highest standard. You are responsibly for QC checking all amends prior to resupplying presentations, renders, artworks, prototypes, videos or images to the client. Ensure delivery information, quantity documents for manufacturing are clearly identified.
- Studio skill-set identification – Understanding how the 3D Scheduling team and Design Studio work to accommodate the projects’ urgency and requirements through the processes, to optimise internal efficiencies.
- Prioritisation & risk management - Manage conflicts between project time, cost and quality challenges. Escalating any issues to the CAD.
- Financial management – You are responsible for the financial health of the projects on your Brands. Ensure all projects have an initial quote supplied in line with the rate card to the client, and revised costs are updated, prior to the final invoice supplied, prior to production commencing.
- Escalation – Raise any risk immediately (late collections, late approval, product delays or project failures) to the CAD.
Training Provided
- Full understanding of retailers and grocers’ CPAs, and how to adjust accordingly.
- What does a “Good” client brief look like.
- Client expectation management – know when to highlight risk, and offer alternative solutions.
- Systems and process training, as required.
- Understanding retailer guidelines.
