To drive business growth across the Data Centre, Hospitality, and Modular Construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, consultants, contractors, developers, and C-suite executives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned vertical markets.
- Drive sales growth through strategic account planning and consultative selling.
- Partner with internal sales and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Influence project specifications and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage complex accounts and multi-site projects across various industries.
- Participate in industry events and market engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Experience engaging senior management and key decision-makers.
- Background in fire & life safety, building solutions, construction, engineering, industrial, or related industries preferred.
- Exposure to Data Centres, Hospitality, Modular Construction, Mission Critical Facilities, or similar sectors is advantageous.
- Travel for work
