IT Account Manager - PERM (Korean Speaking, $$$, Commission, Group Med etc.)

Our client is a well known company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a IT Account Manager for their expansion in business.

Responsibilities

• Account management: Own and manage distributor/supplier relationships to drive growth, renewals, and long-term partnership outcomes within the farming/agri-ecosystem sector.
• Coordinate with Korean stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact between our team and Korean distributors/suppliers—supporting planning, communication, and issue resolution.
• Solution selling & customer enablement: Promote and sell IT solutions and value propositions to partners, including RFID, AI analytics, Security system, Inventory control, and ERP-related capabilities.
• Partner collaboration & alignment: Work closely with internal presales/technical teams to align solution scope, ensure compatibility, and support pilots/integrations that partners want to deliver.
• Pipeline, reporting & forecasting: Build partner pipeline, track activities and KPIs, maintain account plans, and provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting to management.

Requirements

• IT sales/account management experience: Proven experience in IT solution account management (e.g., enterprise IT, systems integration, SaaS, IT services, or similar).
• Understanding of RFID basics and practical use cases (e.g., asset/inventory visibility, identification, tracking, or deployments).
• Knowledge or working experience with one or more of these areas—security solutions, AI-enabled analytics, inventory control workflows, and/or ERP environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, proactive collaboration style, and ability to work cross-functionally to support partner success in the field.
• Korean language proficiency is a MUST.
