● Responsible for the management of agencies , and maintain a goodcooperative relationship between the hosts and the agencies● Responsible for recruiting and training of new agencies and new hosts via all types of channels and platforms, and put forward optimization suggestions according to the specific situation;● Responsible for planning and implementing the online and offline activities;● Responsible for analyzing the weekly or monthly data of agencies and help to improve the activation and loyalty of agencies;

● Bachelor’s degree is required, fluent in Chinese or English；● Related experience at the internet companies is a plus;● Have a good command of MS Office;● Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment● Presentable, Motivated, Flexible, and problem-solving Skills● Fast learner and passion for internet industry;● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ● Working Time: 10 AM - 19 PM, Monday
