We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in the treasury and capital markets space that is looking to hire a Korean-speaking Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with clients across the APAC region.
This role will be responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the post-sales lifecycle, driving product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand customer business objectives.
- Drive onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to customers.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively manage retention efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internally.
Requirements
- Native or business-level Korean language proficiency is required.2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a client-facing role.
- Experience working with B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, payments, or software solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, customer-centric, and solutions-oriented mindset.
