We’re now looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager who is eager to learn, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow within a fast-paced SaaS and research-tech environment.
About the Role
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve success with Inamo. You will support customers throughout their journey—from onboarding and project launch to platform adoption, project delivery, and renewal discussions.

- Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start on the Inamo platform
- Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted point of contact
- Support clients throughout their lifecycle and help them achieve their research goals
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption and satisfaction
- Assist with renewal conversations and customer retention initiatives
- Project Management & Research Recruitment
- Manage customer projects from start to finish
- Coordinate participant recruitment for qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand research objectives and target audiences
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions when challenges arise
- Platform Adoption & Growth
- Train customers on how to use the platform effectively
- Share best practices and recommendations to maximize value
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the product and customer experience
- What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, Recruitment, Research Operations, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
- Bonus Points If You Have Experience WithSaaS platforms
- User research, UX research, or market research
- Customer onboarding and training
- Recruitment or participant sourcing
- CRM systems such as HubSpot
