We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of that journey building strong relationships, driving initiatives forward, and creating long-term value together with our customers and partners.
What You Will Do
- As a Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Velory, you will be the trusted advisor for our customers helping them unlock the full potential of the platform while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term value creation.
About The Role
You’ll operate at the intersection of customer, product, and business owning relationships, driving implementations and leading complex projects such as migration to our next-generation platform.
You will:
- Own and develop a portfolio of customer accounts
- Drive commercial outcomes, including expansion and upsell opportunities
- Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Velory
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level
- Identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices to maximize customer value
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align on customer priorities and drive impact

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience of similar role in fast growing company
- Experience of working with SaaS platforms
- Experience of working with C-level stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
