Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager — Beauty TechNuon Medical is an international beauty technology partner to leading skincare and beauty brands across North America and Europe. Our key manufacturing facilities are in Shenzhen, and we take brand partners from concept through development, production, and launch.

As part of the Kaiyan Group, we're growing fast and looking for a Customer Success Manager to bridge our global clients and our Shenzhen-based teams.

The Role

You'll be the trusted point of contact between our brand partners and our manufacturing, R&D, and operations teams in Shenzhen. Your job is to keep projects on track, communication clear, and problems solved before they escalate — connecting the people who design the brand with the people who build the product.

What You'll Do

• Own relationships with assigned brand accounts across the full project lifecycle — onboarding, development, production, and launch.
• Coordinate with Shenzhen-based R&D, production, and logistics teams to keep timelines, samples, and deliverables moving.
• Bridge the gap: turn client requirements into clear internal briefs, and internal updates into clear client communication.
• Flag risks early and drive issues to resolution.

What You Bring

• Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — essential to bridging international clients and China-based teams.
• Experience in customer success, account management, and/or manufacturing/ODM — we want someone who understands both sides.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and time zones.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Nice to Have
• Background in beauty devices, consumer hardware, or contract manufacturing.A third language relevant to our markets (Korean, Japanese, French).
