Luxury Listings, Sales Manager - Fashion House - Chelsea- Immediate Start

Reloved Again Limited is seeking a full-time Listings and Store Manager to join our growing pre-loved fashion house, based in our townhouse on the King’s Road, Chelsea.

Our space includes two showrooms, a dedicated photography/video studio, and office — offering a dynamic and inspiring environment within one of London’s most iconic fashion districts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, growing sector within the fashion industry.

The Role

Working closely with our small team, you will play a key role across both the creative and operational sides of the business. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the listings team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and overall website integrity
• Creating engaging social media content across Instagram and TikTok, including Reels (you must be confident appearing on camera)
• Managing CRM systems and supporting VIP selling and stock management through platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify
• Planning and producing marketing communications, including newsletters and WhatsApp broadcasts
• Developing all marketing and sales materials for campaigns and promotions
• Looking after our Retail Store and responsible for selling our high value items.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media content creation, with examples to share
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach, happy to cover in store and turn their hand to all elements of the business.
• Confident working with systems to support sales and operations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Canva, and ideally Shopify
• Must have knowledge of the Luxury Market, as handling Chanel and Hermes valued at if up to £20k
• Able to close deals on the phone.

Training will be provided, but a strong baseline understanding of digital tools is essential.

Training will be provided but the applicant should be computer literate with a minimum knowledge of Microsoft suite, google sheets, Canva and ideally Shopify.
