About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join a leading events company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a strong background in selling events, exhibitions, festivals, and corporate activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate events, government tenders, weddings, festivals, and exhibitions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain key client relationships.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi events market and corporate sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) – Arabic is mandatory.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
