Sales Manager - Corporate

Responsible for developing, managing, and growing corporate business accounts to maximize hotel revenue, occupancy, and market share within a luxury hospitality environment.

The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, strengthening long-term relationships with existing accounts, and ensuring consistent achievement of room night, revenue, and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 4★ or 5★ hotel environment (mandatory/preferred)
• Strong background in corporate sales or hospitality sales
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE corporate market is an advantage

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
