As part of their expansion strategy, they are hiring a highly entrepreneurial and commercially driven Sales Operations Manager to build, lead, and scale their Singapore operations from the ground up.
The firm provides comprehensive business incorporation, corporate structuring, immigration, residency, investor visa, and related advisory services to entrepreneurs, investors, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in business development, sales, client acquisition, and operational management within the immigration, corporate services, business setup, professional services, or consultancy sectors.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the Singapore office while driving revenue generation and delivering exceptional client service across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and expand the firm's presence in Singapore and the wider APAC market.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, strategic partnerships, referrals, and professional relationships.
- Leverage an existing client network and professional contacts to drive immediate revenue growth.
- Identify and secure high-value corporate and individual clients seeking business setup, immigration, residency, and related advisory services.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with legal firms, accounting practices, financial advisors, wealth managers, family offices, and corporate service providers.
Operations Management
- Establish and oversee day-to-day operations of the new Singapore office.
- Design, implement, and optimise operational processes, systems, and client service standards.
- Manage client onboarding, case progression, compliance requirements, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with international offices, partners, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, KPIs, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and manage support staff as the business expands.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their business setup and immigration journey.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Handle complex and high-value client engagements professionally and efficiently.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in business setup, immigration consultancy, corporate services, professional services, or related sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of winning new business and generating substantial revenue growth.
- Proven sales and business development background with a history of exceeding commercial targets.
- Existing network and client base that can be leveraged to support business growth.
- Experience building and scaling operations from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of Singapore and APAC corporate structures, company incorporation processes, and business environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within immigration, residency-by-investment, citizenship-by-investment, corporate services, legal services, or international business consultancy sectors.
- Established relationships with intermediaries, introducers, investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, or corporate clients across APAC.
- Knowledge of regional immigration and business setup frameworks across key APAC jurisdictions.
- Degree in Business, Management, Law, Finance, or related discipline.
