We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to support the growth of our consumer & OTC brands into key pharmacy and retail partners. Reporting into the National Sales Manager / Customer, you will lead the execution of Aspen’s brand strategies across assigned key accounts and partners, delivering full-year sales, margin and growth targets.
Acting as the primary liaison with customer head office teams, you will drive joint business planning, negotiate commercial initiatives, and ensure Aspen’s brand vision is consistently executed in-market.
Exceptional planning, analytical and relationship management skills are essential as is the ability to work in a flexible team environment. In addition:
Demonstrated experience in account management of Consumer Healthcare accounts, with knowledge of the Pharmacy retail channel and a strong ability to establish rapport and build collaborative relationships.
Demonstrated experience in promotional planning and execution through digital and Ecommerce platforms.
Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills complemented with superior communication.
The ability to analyse data/market information and draw actionable conclusions.
