About the Role
- We’re looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Key Account Manager
- Woolworths to join our Commercial team.
- In this role, you will manage the Woolworths account,delivering commercial targets for the financial year while building strong customer relationships and supporting the National Business Manager
- Grocery in delivering the Grocery channel strategy and high-level customer negotiations.
- This is a hands-on account management role with broad exposure across sales, planning, promotions, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
- You will play a key role in supporting annual business plans, coordinating day-to-day account activity and driving sales, profit and shareoutcomes across all categories within the account.

- You’ll be based in either our new Sydney CBD head office.
- What You’ll Be Responsible For
- In this role, you will:
- Support the National Business Manager
- Grocery in executing annual business plans for the customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and replenishment teams to align on category strategies and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate day-to-day account activities, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and deliverables.
- Drive sales results to achieve sales, profit and share targets across all categories within the account.
- Maintain accurate forecasts in collaboration with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to support on-shelf availability and service levels.
- Negotiate pricing and promotional programs to maximise ROI and support profitable growth for both McPherson’s and the customer.
- Execute and evaluate promotional campaigns, using insights and post-event analytics to improve performance over time.
- Identify and activate growth opportunities, including distribution gains and new channel strategies.
- Assist in building and presenting category range reviews.
- Work with Revenue Growth Management and Finance to identify opportunities to optimise trade spend ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide input into NPD forecasting and category opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with company and retailer requirements, including accurate documentation and adherence to audit standards.

- Experience in account management with leading Australian retailers.
