The opportunity
As Sales Manager, you will drive new enterprise revenue growth through strategic partnership acquisition, enterprise solution sales, and multi-year commercial agreements across Australia and New Zealand. This role is heavily focused on hunting, pipeline generation, and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise organisations.
Some of the things you will be involved in:
New Business Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, prospect, pursue, and close new enterprise partnerships across Australia & NZ
- Develop and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects, building relationships with senior decision-makers including CEOs, CMOs, HR executives, Membership Directors, Loyalty leaders, and Commercial executives
- Lead solution-led enterprise sales conversations, positioning bespoke rewards solutions aligned to clients & Entertainments commercial objectives
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership structuring
- Secure long-term commercial strategic agreements across multiple industry sectorsStrategic Solution Design
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored customer, employee, and member engagement solutions aligned to enterprise prospect requirements.
- Translate client objectives into commercially compelling solutions and measurable business outcomes
- Support the development of strategic proposals, pitches, and enterprise partnership opportunities
- Work closely with product, marketing, and digital teams to help shape enterprise-ready solutions for prospective clientsPipeline Development & Commercial Outcomes
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities across target verticals
- Consistently achieve new business revenue targets and partnership acquisition KPIs
- Lead complex commercial negotiations through to signed multi-year agreements
- Work collaboratively with internal account management and delivery teams to ensure smooth client transition post-saleCommercial Leadership
- Contribute to enterprise growth strategy and market expansion
- Identify emerging partnership and loyalty trends that are relevant
- Help shape future enterprise product offerings and commercial models
- Represent the business at strategic meetings, networking events, and industry opportunities to drive market awareness and lead generationWe are looking for you to bring:A highly motivated enterprise sales hunter with a proven track record of generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Business/Marketing/Management degree or similarEssential Skills and Experience
- Sales team Experience in loyalty and rewards programs, enterprise partnerships, customer engagement platforms, employee benefits, enterprise SaaS, membership organisations, strategic consulting, mobile apps and/or digital engagement ecosystems.
- Ability to talk about differentiated martech solutions ranging from building custom apps to creating API integrations
- Strong enterprise prospecting and pipeline generation capability
- Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles with results
- Ability to open doors and build relationships within large enterprise organisations
- Proven ability to negotiate and close multi-year commercial agreements
- Strategic commercial negotiation & solution based selling skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisations with persistence
- An entrepreneurial and growth-oriented and commercial mindset
- Strong relationship building skills & ability to persuade internal & external stakeholders
- Shows passion & a desire to hunt down and win new logo partners
