Lead, mentor, and drive the daily performance of an agile team of 12-15 inside sales agents within a high-volume call center environment.
Spend the majority of the day active on the sales floor, utilizing live-listening, side-by-side coaching, and real-time training to elevate team performance.
Foster a high-energy, positive culture on the sales floor to keep agents motivated, engaged, and focused on hitting their daily and weekly targets.
Conduct regular 1-on-1 performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage day-to-day employee relations to support individual career growth and retention.
Act as the direct line of support for the team, helping agents navigate daily challenges, overcome sales objections, and resolve immediate floor escalations.
Qualifications
2+ years of people management experience, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
Proven experience overseeing and driving a team within a fast-paced, high-volume capacity.
Active Health Insurance License is preferred, or a strong willingness and ability to obtain one.
Strong, assertive leadership presence with a professional, patient demeanor.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback that motivates and improves agent performance.
