Role MissionLead sales activities for SAOP Dining customers, overseeing both key customer relationships and a team of National Account Managers. Develop strong customer partnerships, execute premium brand activation, and deliver disciplined commercial performance.

This role directs cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Finance, Distributor, and Agency partners to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relevance, and build a high-performing organization that advances Suntory's on-premise ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Ability to set channel strategy, translate priorities into action, and drive sustainable growth.
• People leadership: Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while driving accountability.
• Customer and distributor management: Proven ability to build trusted partnerships, navigate complex buyer structures, and influence outcomes while managing multiple priorities
• Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally, internally and externally to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years of experience in field sales, or strategic account management, beverage alcohol experience preferred
• Communication and presentation skills: Confident communicator with experience leading customer presentations, business reviews, and internal alignment discussions.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, experience leveraging AI platforms preferred
• Ability to travel up to 30% as business needs require.

Salary Range

• The salary range for this role is $140,000.00 to $180,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
