About the Role
Herban Feast Catering, part of Landmark Event Co., is seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Off-Site Sales Manager to lead the sales process for our premier off-site catering business.
This role is responsible for converting inquiries into booked events through consultative sales, proposal development, client planning, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives on building meaningful relationships, and enjoys guiding clients through the planning process from initial inquiry to successful event execution.
In addition to managing catering sales, this role will serve as the primary relationship manager for wedding planners and bridal industry partners, helping drive business growth for both Herban Feast Catering and Landmark Event Co.'s portfolio of award-winning venues.

What You'll Do
Drive Catering Sales & Revenue Growth
- Serve as the primary contact for off-site catering inquiries.
- Conduct consultations with corporate, wedding, nonprofit, and social event clients.
- Develop customized proposals tailored to client needs, budgets, and event goals.
- Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry through event completion.
- Coordinate and participate in client tastings and planning meetings.
- Identify opportunities to upsell menu enhancements, beverage packages, rentals, premium services, and venue offerings.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication to maximize conversion rates.
Manage Sales Pipeline & Client Experience
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and responses to client inquiries and RFPs.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and client communications within Salesforce.
- Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and revenue planning discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Deliver a high-touch hospitality experience throughout the client journey.
Grow Bridal Planner & Industry Partnerships
- Lead the growth and development of the bridal planner segment.
- Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event designers, and boutique planning firms.
- Represent Herban Feast and Landmark Event Co. at networking events, showcases, tastings, and industry functions.
- Collaborate with venue sales teams to create referral opportunities and strengthen planner partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted resource for planners throughout the event planning process.
Support Business Development & Client Retention
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Prospect former clients and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct post-event follow-up to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
- Support outreach efforts with corporate planners, venue partners, and referral sources.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that support revenue growth and market expansion.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, events, venues, hotels, restaurants, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close business.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience creating proposals, contracts, and client-facing presentations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Catering sales, wedding sales, venue sales, hotel sales, or event planning experience.
- Salesforce experience.
- Established relationships within the Seattle wedding or events industry.
- Experience responding to RFPs and managing complex event logistics.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Work Environment
This role offers a blend of office, venue, and client-facing work. Flexibility is required for client meetings, tastings, networking events, site visits, showcases, and occasional evening or weekend events.
Travel throughout the greater Seattle area may be required.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
