We are recruiting for an experienced National Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to join a growing FMCG food business, supplying major retail and foodservice customers across Ireland and the UK.This is a commercially focused role responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving profitable sales growth and identifying new business opportunities across the NI/ROI market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key retail and foodservice accounts
- Develop strong relationships with buyers and customers
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and promotions
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
About You
- Experience in FMCG sales, business development or national/key account management
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience working with retail or foodservice customers in NI and/or ROICommercially driven, organised and self-motivated
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across NI/ROIExperience within chilled or frozen food categories is advantageous
- What’s on Offer
- Package: £55,000 basic (Equivalent in EUR if the successful candidate resides in Southern Ireland)
- Uncapped bonus (OTE £65,000)
