Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Achieve monthly and annually sales target
- Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationships with every customer so that everyone receives a consistent and professional service throughout
- Have strong organizational skills and ability to administer stocks in line with company expectation
- Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards
- Maintain correspondence with a list of established clients and develop new clients.

- Have excellent team building and communication skills
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years' experience in luxury retail in a Menswear Department
- Commercial mindset is key for you.
- You are digital savvy.
- Service and entertainment are important for you to deal with each of your customers.
