We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our Water Mechanical Products business in Norway. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our regional strategy, driving sustainable growth, and leading a high-performing sales organization.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth.
Demonstrated success in a consultative selling environment.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience leading and managing teams, including performance management, planning, and sales processes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use market insights and data to make sound decisions and implement effective strategies.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with a high level of forecasting accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization to drive alignment and problem-solving.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Strong focus on continuous improvement, with the ability to identify performance gaps and drive development through structured coaching and feedback.
Resilience and adaptability to succeed in a results-driven, multinational organization.
Experience from the fire suppression industry or broader construction industry is highly preferred.
