We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to own and grow our footprint in mainland Europe based out of Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will focus on identifying, developing and enabling our regional channel ecosystem, including AV integrators, strategic technology partners, and consultants.
You will work closely with partners to identify opportunities, support customer engagements, and drive revenue through a partner-led sales model. You will operate in a B2B environment supporting enterprise and government customers with complex requirements, high security standards, and large-scale collaboration environments.
Your backgroundYou are an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong ability to drive complex opportunities from early engagement through to close.
You are comfortable operating in partner-led sales environments, balancing collaboration with partners while maintaining clear commercial ownership and accountability.
You bring a structured, disciplined sales approach and are credible in senior-level customer engagements.
You are motivated by building sustainable, scalable revenue through long-term customer and partner relationships.
You thrive in roles that are hands-on and are comfortable navigating long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations for professionalism and delivery.
You have a track record of having excelled in selling AV/UC/NetworksFluent in Norwegian and English, additional European languages are an advantage.
