They are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive to join their growing Asia team. Job Description
- Manage and develop relationships with key off-trade accounts including department stores, grocery retail chains, and e-commerce platforms
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets across assigned channels
- Execute annual promotional plans and manage trade spending effectively
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable trading terms and shelf placements
- Analyze sales performance, monitor ROI on promotions, and track key business KPIs including gross margin and inventory turnover
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, distributors, and importers to support overall market expansion initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with 4-5 years of relevant experience in off-trade sales or key account management within the beverage or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of key account management and retail operations
- Proficient in Excel with experience in sales analysis and reporting
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
- WSET Level 2 qualification is preferred
