About Our Client
Out client, a well-established conglomerate is looking for an International Sales Manager to drive worldwide commercial activities for the product portfolio related to pharmaceutical ingredient. The role oversees business expansion across major international markets.
Job Description
- Formulate and execute global go-to-market strategies, including sales planning, pricing approaches, and revenue targets for designated product lines.
- Identify and secure new international business opportunities, manage high-value client relationships, and lead contract negotiations independently.
- Understand client technical and commercial requirements, deliver tailored product solutions, and support product positioning in global markets.
- Work closely with internal teams such as manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfilment and efficient supply chain execution.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates across regions to inform business strategy and decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Medical, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 year's experience in international sales, trading, or business development within the pharmaceutical sector is value added.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and client engagement capabilities, with a solid understanding of global markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities independently, and solve complex problems.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by business needs.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
