Position Overview

The Electric Transmission & Distribution (T&D) team is dedicated to delivering secure and dependable electric services. The team oversees all facets of electric distribution and transmission operations, covering planning, engineering, maintenance, and construction, as well as business strategy and emergency response.

Role Summary

This role entails overseeing aspects of program execution and ensuring efficiency in operations. It is part of the Work & Resource Planning Team within T&D Portfolio and Program Management.

The role involves representing electric operations in organizational planning forums, improving planning processes, and collaborating closely with resource teams to facilitate quality plan development.

The position is hybrid, requiring working from your remote office and an assigned location based on business demands. Monthly travel to specific offices may be necessary.

Salary information is provided based on good faith estimates for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, education, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary incentive programs.

• Minimum Salary: $137,000
• Mid Salary: $184,000
• Maximum Salary: $232,000

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional projects or teams.
• Identify new partners, technologies, and delivery methods.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and support visual management strategies.
• Establish and manage processes for financial performance and monitor financials against projections.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced peers.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Work with various management levels and senior leaders across functions to influence decisions and shape processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of job-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMI-Project Management Professional certification.
