Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead a large-scale technology program with a strong focus on network refresh initiatives, alongside compute and storage components. This role requires someone who has successfully delivered complex programs (not just projects), with strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

A background that includes earlier hands-on technical experience in networking will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across network refresh, compute, and storage domains
• Drive planning, execution, and governance of large-scale programs
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance outcomes
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business and technical objectives
• Oversee program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure delivery timelines, budgets, and quality targets are achieved
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams
• Skills & Experience
• Strong proven experience delivering complex IT programs (not just projects)
• Deep exposure to network refresh initiatives and lifecycle management
• Solid understanding of network technologies (routers, switches, vendor ecosystems)
• Knowledge of compute and storage infrastructure environments
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments
• Prior technical background in networking is highly desirable
