Amazon is seeking an Event Program Manager to join our Events team within Internal Corporate Communications. This role will support key Amazon internal events, which are strategic global gatherings designed to unite our internal audience, ensure alignment with business priorities, drive connection, foster community, and celebrate wins.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced event professional who combines creative thinking with analytical skills, demonstrating proficiency in both planning and execution. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, as you'll be working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
As an Event Program Manager, you'll have exposure to leadership, requiring good writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. We're looking for an individual who can adapt to changing situations, is good at problem-solving, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This role will have an emphasis in process management, documentation, and operational excellence.
Your role will be important in creating high-quality event experiences that educate, inform, connect, and inspire employees. You'll contribute to ensuring these internal events align with Amazon’s business objectives while fostering a sense of community and recognizing achievements within the organization.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
