Role Summary
The TPM will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex technical programs, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Define program strategy, manage dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
- Establish and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness
- Drive collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates regularly
- Ensure projects stay on track with defined scope, timelines, and quality
- Mentor team members and promote continuous learning
- Maintain project documentation, meeting governance, and reporting
- Review code quality and enforce best practices where applicable
- Identify opportunities for additional client value and engagement
- Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in Program Management5+ years of experience in people management
- Strong experience in Python and/or C++Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with AI tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs
- Preferred:
- Experience in Video/Audio processing
