As the project portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Lead to provide programme leadership, visibility and certainty across multiple mission critical data centre developments in Norway.
This is a critical role within the organisation, working closely with senior leadership, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure programmes remain aligned, coordinated and on track from development through to delivery.
You will play a key role in providing independent programme oversight, challenging assumptions, identifying risks and helping ensure successful project outcomes across a growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple developments
- Review and challenge contractor and consultant programmes
- Provide programme reporting, schedule analysis and executive level visibility
- Identify risks, delays and mitigation strategies before they impact delivery
- Coordinate planning activities across development, design, procurement and construction teams
- Support portfolio wide programme management and reporting
- Drive programme certainty and schedule assurance across the business
- Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience developing and managing complex project schedules within data centre or mission critical environments
- Advanced Primavera P6 capability
- Strong understanding of the relationships between design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover
- Experience reviewing and challenging contractor programmes
- Ability to provide independent programme oversight and schedule assurance
- Experience supporting projects through development, design and construction phases
- Strong reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Data centre or mission critical project experience
- Advanced Primavera P6 capability
- Highly Desirable
- Norwegian language skills
- Experience supporting multiple projects or programme environments
- Client side planning or project controls experience
