Drive impactful technology projects for a banking client by leading end-to-end delivery while ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including initiation, planning, execution, governance, and closure.
- Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
- Manage stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure accountability and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with control standards (e.g., change management, security, resilience, regulatory commitments).
- Coordinate vendor deliverables and performance where applicable.
- Drive Agile or hybrid delivery practices; oversee sprint/release planning as needed.
- Track project benefits and outcomes while ensuring operational readiness and adoption.
Requirements
- Degree holder, Proven experience delivering technology change in areas such as applications, infrastructure, cloud, data integration, or cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise in planning and managing dependencies across complex environments.
- Familiar with Banking Environment
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models or hybrid approaches.
- Financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, vendor spend tracking).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written/verbal).
- Proficiency in tools like Jira/Confluence or MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master) are desirable but not mandatory.
