Rosewood Foundation is the global corporate foundation of Rosewood Hotel Group. Working closely with teams across the group and with external partners worldwide, the foundation advances community impact through two pillars: Women and Young People in Employment, and Innovation in Circularity.
This role collaborates with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies, as well as external nonprofit and innovation partners, to deliver programs with lasting impact.
As part of a nimble, purpose-driven corporate foundation, this role leads the design and delivery of strategic programs that support Rosewood Hotel Group’s ambition to create a future where people and place enrich one another.
You will manage programs across both foundation pillars, drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, and help amplify the foundation’s voice through impactful communications and storytelling. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACELead the end-to-end design, planning, execution, and monitoring of foundation programs aligned with strategic priorities and impact goals.
Co-create program designs with external partners to deliver sustainable, long-term outcomes.
Manage cross-functional collaboration with Rosewood Hotel Group teams contributing expertise, training, or work experience opportunities.
Partner with selected hotels across the Rosewood portfolio to identify and develop local-first community partnerships across different geographies.
Track program milestones and outcomes, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
Identify opportunities for program scale-up or replication and support preparation of materials for funding and Board review. COULD THIS BE YOU?You have strong experience leading projects or programs independently, ideally within nonprofit, strategy, or marketing environments.

You are a confident communicator with the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
