Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Transaction Banking experience to support corporate banking product initiatives across Cash Management, Payments, and Collections. The role focuses on driving requirements, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of end-to-end product initiatives in a regional, cross-functional environment.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field;
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Transaction Banking (Cash Management, Payments, Collections);
- Strong experience in BRD / functional requirements documentation;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, Product, Ops, Compliance, IT);
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Experience supporting UAT activities.
Desired Skill-set
- Corporate / global transaction banking experience;
- Exposure to Fit & Gap or system impact analysis;
- Understanding of risk assessments (product, IT, financial crime);
- Experience in PMO or structured project environments;
- Familiarity with Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements (BRDs, functional specs, process flows);
- Analyse current business processes, operational constraints, customer needs, and regulatory requirements;
- Engage stakeholders across Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime, Treasury, and IT to align requirements;
- Validate requirements through data analysis and stakeholder discussions;
- Participate in Fit & Gap sessions with system and technical teams to ensure alignment;
- Support solution design review by reviewing functional/technical documentation;
- Contribute to operational procedures and product guideline development;
- Support risk assessments (product, financial crime, IT risk, etc.);
- Plan and coordinate UAT activities, including test case preparation and execution support;
- Track project tasks, dependencies, and progress across stakeholders and regions;
- Manage issues, escalations, and coordination with internal teams and partner banks;
- Support PMO reporting and project status updates;
- Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer sessions;
- Assist in implementation and go-live readiness activities, including documentation and stakeholder communication.
