Your new roleAs a Business Analyst, you will sit between business and delivery, playing a critical role in translating business needs into effective technical solutions. You will be involved in a range of initiatives, contributing to the end-to-end delivery of digital products and services within a complex health environment.
Key responsibilities will include
- Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate and translate requirements
- Supporting end-to-end delivery of technology products and services
- Analysing system interactions, including how data is exchanged across platforms and integrations
- Contributing to API-related analysis, ensuring effective communication between systems
- Supporting solution design with consideration for UI/UX principles and user-centred outcomes
- Assisting in the delivery of new initiatives across digital health programs
- Bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery teams
- What you'll need to succeed
- To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst
- Exposure to digital health or healthcare environments (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange between platforms
- Experience delivering technology products and services end-to-end
- Exposure to UI/UX design principles and working alongside design teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
