• Focus: Business Analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery, requirements gathering, UAT/testing coordination and validation activities within a GxP-regulated environment
• We are supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Global IT
• Storage & Collaboration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and supporting project documentation
• Support IT project delivery within a regulated environment
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and validation activities
• Work closely with QA and Change Control teams
• Support documentation, risk reporting, and operational activities

Required Experience

• Strong Business Analysis background within pharma, biotech, or life sciences
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
• UAT, testing, and validation coordination experience
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, systems, or enterprise technology projects
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and project delivery experience
