Business Analyst, IMEA

As our Business Analyst, IMEA, you will play a key role in transforming data into clear, actionable insights that drive the commercial, financial, and operational performance across our IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa) region.

At Flying Tiger Copenhagen, we don’t just look at numbers - we look for stories, patterns, and possibilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the detail - but always with an eye on the bigger picture.

• You will be close to the business, working with the Managing Director, IMEA, and regional teams as a trusted partner.
• You will work from our HQ in Strandgade, København K.This is the job
• Build and support regional budgets and forecasts together with Finance, the Managing Director, and local markets
• Follow up on performance vs. plan and make sense of what is driving the results
• Develop assumptions and scenarios that help us make better decisions
• Make performance come alive
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the IMEA region
• Dive into sales, margin, cost, inventory, and KPI performance across markets
• Spot trends, risks, and opportunities — and make them easy to understand and act on
• Support Commercial, Marketing, Retail, and Property & Expansion with strong analysis and insights
• Prepare materials for business reviews, leadership discussions, and market deep dives
• Deliver ad hoc analysis that helps move the business forward
• Strengthen how we work with data
• Ensure high quality and consistency in data across tools and reports
• Improve and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Help us continuously get better at planning, tracking, and understanding performance

Who you are

• You are curious, structured, and motivated by turning complexity into clarity.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift - and where your insights make a real difference.
• Your skill set:
• Master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or commercial analytics
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Solid experience with financial models, KPIs, and performance reporting
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
