As a Transformation Business Analyst , your main objective is to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of digital , data & AI transformation initiatives. You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
Main missions
Expected Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in transformation or change initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies.
Knowledge of change management principles and techniquesBusiness acumen and customer oriented.
Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capabilityEnglish Mandatory (fluent in speaking and writing)Work experience in an international environment is a plusStrong interest for AI technologies and ability to stay updated with new technologies.
